Council to consider an increase to Primary Property Tax

NOTICE that Council may consider an increase to the calculated primary property tax rate provided by the Pima County Assessors office for 2026/2027. This may be considered during the hearing date for the property tax levy hearing (no less than 60 days from the date of this posting).

2025/2026 Primary Property Tax Rate:  $0.2192 set to yield $61,871 city wide (current)

2026/2027 Primary Property Tax Rate:  $0.2234 set to yield $64,971 city wide (calculated by the Pima County Assessors Office for the following year)
