Must clearly indicate location, nature, and extent of proposed work.
Engineer/Architect Sealed Drawings

Required if structural design is engineered, or the building is over 3000 ft² or with occupant load >20.

Must be sealed by an Arizona licensed professional.
Sealed Structural Calculations

For engineered systems (e.g., complex structures).

Submitted as PDF.
Soils Report
-
Required when footings are placed on fill or geotechnical conditions require special consideration.

Sealed by a qualified soils engineer.
