South Tucson Zoning Classifications and Their Purposes

Zoning districts in South Tucson, Arizona, are designated areas governed by specific regulations that control land use, building types, and development standards. Each zoning district allows for certain types of development—such as residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use—and comes with its own set of rules.
