Option 1
You can easily find your property’s zoning within a few simple steps. First, enter the Pima County GIS Mapping system, known as PimaMaps (linked below). A simple google search can also pull up this information.
Once you have entered PimaMaps, simply search your address in the search bar located in the top right corner of the page. A parcel with your address should pop up in the column located on the left of the page.
Click your desired parcel. On this same left column, at the bottom of the page, you will see a “Layers” button. Click this button to see further information on your parcel. Amongst the list of options within the “Layers” tab, you should see “Zoning”. Click to add zoning information to your map. You should now have successfully searched your property’s zoning.
Option 2
Enter the Pima County GIS Mapping System, PimaMaps. Search the property in question in the search bar located in the top right corner of the page. A parcel with your address should pop up in the column located on the left of the page. Click your desired parcel.
Your parcel should show up on the map with a red indicator pinpointing its location. Click the highlighted parcel. A box should appear with the property’s parcel number, address, as well as the property owner’s name. Click the “More information” underlined text located in the box.
You will be linked to a page with all the property’s information. Click the “Zoning” link located on this page. You should now have successfully searched your property’s zoning.
